It was decided that it was valid if a connection does not expose certain elements of flow configuration. These are all optional in UAFX ConnectionManager PubSubCommunicationFlowConfiguration. However, we also decided that the CM should be capable of exposing address, pub interval, Qos, SecurityMode, and SecurityGroup.
So the conformance units should be reworded to convey the intent that not all connections need to expose these items, but the CM must be capable of exposing them.

[10/12/22] We decided that this issue actually applied to all conformance units. We need to review all Conformance Units to ensure that the intent is clear. "Supports" is not clear. Language such as "The Server is capable of" is better. In many cases we need to state whether it applies to an instance or the type.
