Summary0005320: GetEndpoints and LDS specification is incohrent or should be detailled
Description

In the part 4 (v1.03) the GetEndpoints services (§5.4.4.1) is described as:

This Service returns the Endpoints supported by a Server and all of the configuration information required to establish a SecureChannel and a Session.

Since it indicates it shall provide information to establish a Session, it means userIdentityTokens[] field in the EndpointDescription[] of the GetEndpoints response shall not be empty to allow Session establishment.

In the part 12 (v1.03) the LDS mechanism in "Hosts with a LocalDiscoveryServer" (§4.2.2):

Before a Server registers with the LDS it should call the GetEndpoints Service and choose the most secure endpoint supported by the LDS and then call RegisterServer2 or RegisterServer.

It means the endpoints of the LDS shall be visible in the GetEndpoints response provided by the LDS.

Does this means the LDS shall provide available userIdentityTokens and session services ?
Or does this means the userIdentityTokens[] field of the GetEndpoints service shall be NULL in this case ?

In both cases the specific behavior of GetEndpoints or LDS should be described in specification.
