Summary0005477: ExtensionObject binary encoding - preamble text is incorrect
Description

The spec says "An ExtensionObject is encoded as sequence of bytes prefixed by the NodeId of its DataTypeEncoding and the number of bytes encoded.".
This is incorrect. There is also the Encoding byte, see table further below in the same chapter.
