Summary0001255: Clarifications regarding connection problems to underlying system
Description

Part 3, 4.6.1 states:
A server is not expected to produce Events if the connection to the event source is down for some reason (i.e. the system is offline).

But there is nothing defined how a client can be informed about the connection problem. Other than in DA where the status indicates such problems there is no indication for clients if the event source is not longer available.

We should define ServerStatus events to cover this problem. This may also include information that is included in the ServerStatus variables like providing a server shut down event.

Add a SubSystemStatusChangeEventType as subtype of SystemEventType.
SourceNode/SourceName identifies the sub-system.
Uses the ServerState enumeration in a Property.

Can add a profile.

Can use it to indicate shutdown of the server (SourceNode=Server)
