Summary0001480: Historical Event Filter Property and updates
Description

The HistoricalEventFilter Property (5.3.2) is described in terms of event retrieval, but the description should be enhanced to discuss the effects of this property on historical event inserts. Would this property restrict what fields are allowed to be written? or is this property ignored? Also in section 6.7.4 UpdateEventDetails structure should include a reference to the filter property for any additional information regarding available fields etc.

We will have the client be able to insert anything regardless of the HistoricalEventFilter property.

Something like:
"The HistoricalEventFilter propery can be used as a guideline for what the evnet Fields the Historian is currnetly storing. But this field may have no bearing on what EventFields the Hisorian is capable of storing. The follow mechanism is used to determine what can be stored in the Historian."
