Summary | 0001483: Starttime Endtime in Event request need clarification
Description | In section 6.4.2.2 Read Event functionality – it describe a StartTime and EndTime used to limit the event that are returned, but it does not map this time to a time parameter that is part of an event ( since there are several the specification should define which one is used) – i.e. "These parameter act as an additional filter on the Time Field in the event where the Time field provides the time the Event occurred".
