Summary	0001708: CU: Security User Issued Token Kerberos - description clarification
Description	Similar to mantis:1707. The current description reads: "Kerberos server. Must be able to be adminstratively disabled. Specific encryption of the issuedToken is required if no Message encryption is used. The Use of this token is defined in Kerberos Token. The URI for this token is XXXXXXX (Obtain and fill in)" A couple of things: (1) the sentence "Must be able to be adminstratively disabled" should be rephrased similar to the request in mantis:1707. (2) The final sentence is currently incomplete.
