Summary0001789: Relative path does not work for Query as defined
Description

Query makes use of a relative path that includes types in the path, not just browse names. The definition of relative path needs to be updated to allow TypeDefinitions to be include in the BrowsePath when relative Path is being used for an Attribute Operand (in particular for RelatedTo Operator). This is only used in query.

Agreed to back out the RelatedToOperand and instead allow the RelativePath.TargetName to contain a NodeId when used in Query. This allows the desired behavior in both the "select" and "where" clause.
