Allow to specify the cardinality when defining the relationship between nodes.

This includes the ability to define components without specifying the Name. An example is the DeviceType that may have 0..n FunctionalGroups.

Added the ability to specify cardinality to the schema.

This assumes that no changes to Part 3 will be made.

If changes to Part 3 are done this fix will have to be reopened.

The agreement to add cardinality as a first class concept in Part 3 eliminates the need for special support in Part 6.
