Summary0001887: Support of different languages in xml schema
Description

If the information model of a server is described in an xml file using the schema http://opcfoundation.org/UA/2011/03/UANodeSet.xsd, the values of Variables and VariableTypes are described with the schema of the services (http://opcfoundation.org/UA/2008/02/Types.xsd). In this schema you cannot describe localized texts with more than one value (with different locals) because the services must return one value for the localized text at most. But if you configure a server, you want to add e.g. descriptions in different locals for method arguments.

Consider a generic solution to this that would allow future datatypes to cleanly include multiple translations.

It handles arrays and structures as well as values which are LocalizedTexts.
