Summary	0001917: 3.4.2 Endpoint: address requires a hostname?
Description	I thought that there was some dialog about this hostname requirement and how difficult it could be to accomplish on an embedded device. Suggest rephrasing the current text: "NOTE Each Server may have multiple Endpoints. The address of an Endpoint must include a HostName." ... to: "NOTE Each Server may have multiple Endpoints. The address of an Endpoint must include either a HostName or an IP Address."
