Summary0001984: Standard place in the address space referencing supported engineering unit systems
Description

As there are different standards defining engineering units we do not pick a specific one in OPC UA for the OPC UA engineering units. However, it would be desirable to get information on what engineering unit system(s) is used in an OPC UA server.

Proposed solution: create EngineeringUnitSystems folder under the ServerCapabilities with each system represented by an EngineeringUnitSystem Object.
