Summary0002070: StatusCode for deleted nodes in ModifyMonitoredItems and SetMonitoringMode responses.
Description

Server can delete some nodes from time to time (for example, session diagnistics nodes) but a client may still hold monitored items for them. It's unclear what a server should do if a client calls this services:

  1. Return specific status code (what status code ?)
  2. Ignore the request and return always Ok

Add a clarification to CreateMonitoredItems that the monitored item is independent of the node it was created on, that a BadNodeId... error is sent in the publish.

Added the following clarification to 5.12.2 CreateMonitoredItems
Monitored Nodes can be removed from the AddressSpace after the creation of a MoniotoredItem. This does not affect the validity of the MonitoredItem but a Bad_NodeIdUnkown shall be returned in the Publish response.
