Summary0002543: Do we need two references to schemas?
Description

see attached file for a formatted version of the following description:

Schema and model references

Status:
• In Part 6 we reference several schemas and excel files  see below
o For schemas there are always two references:
a) “associated with this version” and b) the most recent schema.
o For CSV files there is only a single reference
• A similar issue exists with companion specs (like DI or ADI).

Questions:
• Do we need two different references to schemas (also questioned by IEC)?
o Alternative: reference a single schema file which we will update / fix if necessary. Include version information into the referenced file (e.g. v1.02.12, …).
 Text: “The most recent … Schema associated with this version …”
• Why do we not reference the UA Nodeset?

In today's telecon we agreed to use the two references consistently with all of the externally referenced files. The descriptions should be made more clear e.g.

  1. The file at the following location is the version released with this version of this specification.

  2. The file at the following location is the latest version available that is compatible with this version of this specification.
