Since both Wolfgang and I had to read it twice I propose to improve the desription.
It currently states "Note that the Value is an Int64 although the DataType to transfer an Enumeration DataType is an Int32. This is because this DataType is also used in places, e.g. in Part 8, where an Int64 is appropriate."

A little better might be: "Note that the EnumValueType has been defined with a 64 Bit Value to meet a variety of usages. When it is used to define the string representation of an Enumeration DataType, the value range is limited to Int32, because the Enumeration DataType is a sub-type of Int32. Part 8 specifies other usages where the actual value may be between 8 and 64 Bit."
