Summary0002892: Allow Browse and Query to return continuation point and an empty result
Description

HistoryRead was clarified to allow an empty result set to be returned with a continuation point for the case where the operation would take so long that the request would time out. Continuation points when used with Browse and Query should be modified to provide the same, consistent, functionality.

Additional Information

This feature should be new for 1.03 and not be corrected with errata for 1.02

Removed "The Server shall always return at least one result if it returns a ContinuationPoint." from 7.6 ContinuationPoint.
Added "In some cases it may take longer than the Client timeout hint to process all nodes to browse. Then the Server may return zero results with a continuation point for the affected nodes before the timeout expires" to 5.8.2 Browse
