Summary0002987: FileType::Write with empty data (ByteString)
Description

What is the expected behavior if a client calls FileType::Write() with empty or null ByteString for the data parameter?

Should the server return Good and do nothing or should the server return an error like BadInvalidArgument or BadNothingToDo?

Discussed at web meeting:
Decided to clarify that writing empty data returns Good but does not change anything in the file content.

Minor clarification that can be added after RC

Added the following clarification in FileType::Write - parameter data in document "OPC UA Part 5 - Information Model 1.03 Draft 12.docx"

Writing an empty ByteString returns Good without any affect for the file.
