The HistoricalServerCapabilitiesType defined in part 11 need to include an instance of AggregateConfiurationType (named AggregateConfiguration) like the HistoricalDataconfigurationType. This variable Type deines the parameter that default for all aggregates for historical access. It can be overridden by additional configuration that might be defined as part of a HistoricalDataConfiguration Object that miht be assigned to a particular variable instance. Thi is the master AggregateConfiguration object that all historical aggregates would follow unless over written by a specific historicalConfiguration Object which would have it's own AggregateConfiguration object. This should be a mandatory object, but since it is missing and for backward compatibility it will need to be a optional object. the description should indicate tha it is mandatory in all future version of the specification.
