Description

The Start and End aggregates indicate that the value should be Raw and have appropriate bits set, but the examples don't reflect the correct bits.

The Delata indicates that it should be Raw Always, but Delta is a calculation and should never be Raw

Fixed in Part 13 1.05 draft 6

Start and End aggregates now correctly have the Raw status bit set for all non-bad StatusCodes. Delta Aggregate wording corrected to state the Raw bit is not set.
