Summary0004122: CTT does not comply with Revised Session Timeout=3000
Description

Previously we used a max. session timeout of 30 seconds,
we need to lower that time-out to 3 seconds.

However numerous CTT test cases exceed this timeout,
for instance
Subscriptio Services/Subscription Basic/016.js
CreateSubscription: Subscription should not expire before its lifetime ends.

So the CTT waits more than 3 seconds to send the next request,
but it should know that the session expires before the subscription does.

for subscription test cases we need to look at session timeout and how to handle it, this should not be an issue for other services.
