Summary0004455: Session Base/Err-003.js might be optional?
Description

Previously this script was (accidentally) skipped, but with current CTT
it became executed.

Could we make this check depend on say DisableCertificateUseNotAllowed?

Reason: mbedtls does not understand anything but dnsNAME in SubjectAltNames,
and parsing the URI out of a certificate seems like a very complicated
task which adds not much extra security.
