This is exactly what I observed as well, see 0004459 for a fix.

last time I assigned my issues myself, Paul asked me not to do this,
because they regularly review the new issues in the CWG meeting,
and when we assign those by ourselves, they can miss the new issues.

Please see MantisId=4459 for the proposed fix which will be in the next version. Let me know whether it fixes your timeout as well.

When will be the next version released ? Is there anyway to get a BETA version ?

We are currently working on a new release of the CTT which is planned to be released early 2019. Depending on the feedback we do receive from the SDK providers we will publish a public Beta for all coporate members in January. As this issue cannot be reproduced with the latest beta we consider this being fixed by fixes checed in for MantisId=4459
