Summary0004987: Monitor Basic / 012: Script doesn't exit when the CreateMonitoredItems fails
Description

There is a missing check to exit the script in case the CreateMonitoredItems is failing. Therefore there are subsequent errors printed in the ModifyMonitoredItems as the creation already failed.
The script should check for the result of the CreateMonitoredItems and in case it is failing for some MonitoredItems it needs to stop the execution and delete all successful created MonitoredItems.
