Description

Specification Part 13 - 5.4.3.4 Interpolative
Table 15 States:
Interpolated bit: Always set except for when the Raw bit is set
and
Raw bit: Set if a value exists with the exact time of interval Start

That means that alway either the raw bit or interpolated bit as always set.

Looking at Annex A Sample Hsitorians - A2 Interploative:
The tables for Historian1, Historian2 and Historian3 should use Status Good, Raw instead of Good.

Entries in the Interpolative examples Tables A2.2 Hisotorian1, Historian2, and Historian3 have been changed from Good to Good, Raw status codes when the timestamp matches with the timestamp of the data source.
