Summary	0005145: Clarification about setting MultipleValues bit in WorstQuality2
Description	Specification Part 13 - Annex A - A.34 WorstQuality2: Tables for Historian_2, Historian_3 and Historian_4: 12:01:20.000 BadNoData Good, Calculated, Partial, MultipleValues Think statusCode is wrong, shouldn't set the MultipleValues bit. Because here we get multiple values with the worst quality "but SAME StatusCodes". Ref 5.4.3.36 WorstQuality2: If multiple values exist with the worst quality "but DIFFERENT StatusCodes" then the StatusCode of the first value is returned and the MultipleValues bit is set.

Archie Miller 2019-11-20 22:58 administrator ~0011252 Last edited: 2020-11-02 18:53	I believe the wording of the spec could use an update: Current: If multiple values exist with the worst quality but different StatusCodes then the StatusCode of the first value is returned and the MultipleValues bit is set. Proposed: If multiple values exist with the worst quality , the MultipleValues bit is set. If multiple values exist but with different StatusCodes, then the StatusCode of the first value is returned.
