Description

"Monitor Value Change" -> Case 42:
Uses Write with IndexRange to trigger DataChange Notifications. If the server does not support Write with IndexRange the test failes.
The script should accept BadWriteNotSupported and skip the test.

As already mentioned, writing to IndexRange is an optional feature for servers. Therefore the test script should gracefully exit if the server returns BadWriteNotSupported in the WriteResponse. This is already part of the expected result of the test case anyhow.
The test script has been updated and will be available in the next version of the CTT.
