Instead of testing ArrayItemType Nodes as intended, these test scripts test AnalogType Nodes.

The test scripts 014, 015, 016 and 017 used the analogItems, defined in the initialize script instead of the variable items, that is defined in the test script itself and contains the intended nodes.
An updated test script has been prepared.
After changing the used items, several follow-up issues have been identified and have been resolved too:
The array of properties contained AxisScaleType, but in the specification (Part 8, Section 5.3.4.x) this property is not listed for SemanticsChanged-Bit and has therefore removed.
The datatypes AxisInformation and LocalizedText were not available in the test script when preparing new values for writing and have been added.
