Description

A test case should be added that checks if the server generates the Good_SubscriptionTransferred message on the old subscription - this test is very simular to test 15, but add a queue of publishs (that the first session will receive the transfer) . the test will check that it is generated.

After extensive review of original issue 9related) (and checking of the spec) The following case need to be added. When a subscription is transferred, the objective of the message is to notify any client that are currently listening that the subscription has transferred. (i.e. there is a publish in the queue it should be dequeue and sent to the client - so the client is aware the subscription transferred.)

Transfer is successful and the remaining PublishRequest is being returned with Good_SubscriptionTransferred.
