Summary0006223: Update description of Publisher Diagnostics CU to indicate that the support of all subtypes is required.
Description

Subtypes of PubSubDiagnosticType are currently not mentioned in the CU (Publisher Diagnostics) description. There isn't an own CU for the subtypes defined, too.

Maybe additional CUs for the subtypes would be a better solution.

Changed into : "The Publisher supports instances of PubSub DiagnosticsType and the subtypes appropriate for the Publisher as defined in UA Part 14."
Also changed the subscriber side accordingly.
