Description

(a) Clarification
Clients can have more than one session and different sessions can have different authenticated users.
Therefore we should clarify that all subscription ids in a single request have to belong to the same session and that a client may have to call TransferSubscription several times to transfer all subscription that were owned by a failed client.

(b) Extend the description of Bad_UserAccessDenied
".... or a comparison is not possible due to internal reasons"

The status code Bad_UserAccessDenied was moved from service results to operation results since this error is provided individually for every requested subscription.

Change is part of the draft version "OPC UA Part 4 - Services Draft 1.02.03 Body.doc"
