Description

The field SamplingRateCount is missing in the structure OpcUa_ServerDiagnosticSummaryDataType and the corresponding define for the variable NodeId representing the structure field is also missing in the code.

This field is defined in the released version of Part 5

We have a variable that is an array of all the sampling rates, so since this is not in the code and we don't want to break, this will be removed from Part 5.
