Need a better way to explain that certain operations require a high privilege user.
Perhaps defined "Administrator" to be any user with access to the SecurityAdmin rights on the GDS.

Created Template Roles (6.2, 7.6.2, 8.4.2 and 9.5.2) and Well-Known Roles (7.7.2, 8.5.1 and 9.6.2) for Pull and Push Management respectively. Replaced references to "Administrator" with the appropriate Role name.
