Please check the UserExecutable attribute of the method Server > SetSubscriptionDurable and skip the Subscription Durable tests if 'false'.

The test check for support for the durable functionality, if the method is expose - then some account shall be able to call it. The test should not be marked as skipped, failed is ok - since that would have to be checked by tester and an appropriate account found. If the service is not supported the method should not be exposed.
