Description

We need to clarify that the MAC Address is the Destination Address for multicast.
We need to define how address is used for unicast.
See also related clarifications for UDP (0003659).

TBD define discovery multicast MAC
Is this derived from the IP multicast?
If not, is there are IANA registration
Check IPv4 multicast addresses to MAC address mapping

Remove [.PCP] from URL
Remove "The PCP is the Priority Code Point as one digit number."

Reason for my request is, that PCP vlues are not aprt of addressing.
The PriorityMappingTable from Part 22 and the Priority based QoS solves this now.

I would expect that for Ethernet the same applies as for UDP regarding uni- and multicast addresses. If yes, please extend, if not, please mention why they are different.
