Summary0007312: Attribute Services / Attribute Alternate Encoding: Scripts do expect to see bad StatusCodes when the MonitoredItems are created
Description

Following Part 4 a Server is allowed to return any Bad StatusCode which can occur during the creation of a MonitoredItem not directly in the CreateMonitoredItems call but in the first DataChangeNotification instead. In this observed case the server returns a BadDataEncodingUnsupported but the used server is only sending with the first DataChangeNotification and not returning it on the CreateMonitoredItems. This makes the test execution a fail while it is ok behavior.

Script needs to be changed to also accept the Bad StatusCode to be returned in the first DataChangeNotification.
This affects scripts Err-004, Err-005.

Also the scripts starting with Err-006 are not cleaning up the Subscription and therefore have further false positives. So the cleanup also needs to be fixed.
