The RC1 specification had later drafts of RC1 had included DeviceHealth information in Assets and Automation Components, the addition of FunctionalEntity required some updates to AC status and do to the late nature of issue related to this - it was pulled from initial RC1 draft, this issue is for adding it back in (and resolving the issues associate with it)

Added most of the stuff as dicussed in the team. Decided to use separate OptionSets, since the aggregation rules would then very hard to describe.

Just some text in the concepts section is missing, normative text is ready for review.

In Georg's presentation slide #3 "Areas of concern" showed a box with "Other Models, Safety, PubSub, Security, BNM, Companion Specs". This box pointed to ???.
We make no mention of rollup from other specifications. In Georg's presentation it is clear that we were not sure how these things would be rolled up.
We need to have another discussion to decide if the spec material is good enough to accommodate these other use cases.
