| Description | Section 6 Descriptor Structure. Steering Committee Meeting 21 October 2021, Jim Luth described a mechanism to manage size of the AMLX document by incorporating all common information into a separate AMLX document which would be well-known and available, allowing the “Descriptor of a Product” and “Descriptor with Configuration Information” to contain only unique information and be reduced in size to allow storage in an embedded component such as a controller. In chapter 5.3 it is stated: "With external references, it is possible to reduce the size of the Descriptor" |
