Summary	0007855: EndpointsExclude and ApplicationsExclude configuration
Description	There is a inconsistency between configuration of the two properties EndpointsExclude and ApplicationsExclude and the rest of the role configuration that is done through Methods. We use Methods and not Write to modify the array properties to avoid raise conditions with parallel changes. We need to state the difference and the method of change.

The only exceptions are the ApplicationsExclude and EndpointsExclude Properties. The two Properties are configured with the Write Service. All other Properties are configured with the corresponding Method calls. The CurrentWrite bit of the AccesLevel Attribute for the Properties Identities, Applications and Endpoints shall be FALSE.
