Summary0007860: Spec can be misinterpreted to send QualifiedName instead of String as ConditionName
Description

Specification defines the ConditionName as:
ConditionName identifies the Condition instance that the Event originated from. It can be used together with the SourceName in a user display to distinguish between different Condition instances. If a ConditionSource has only one instance of a ConditionType, and the Server has no instance name, the Server shall supply the ConditionType browse name.

The last sentence in this definition can be misinterpreted to send an actual BrowseName (QualifiedName) instead of only the String Part in the described scenario. This should be clarified in the spec.

Datatype in model is string, so any returned item other then string would have been an error, did clarify with minor wording change.
