we (FCG) are having trouble knowing when to use UncertainDataSubNormal and when to use UncertainSubNormal

The definitions are:
The value is derived from multiple sources and has less than the required number of Good sources.
The value is derived from multiple values and has less than the required number of Good values.

The distinction is sources vs. values.
Could the description be updated to make clear what a "source" is and how it is different than a "value"?
