Summary0007977: Valid and default values need to be specified for priority
Description

PriorityValue_PCP and PriorityValue_DSCP do not specify valid values (in PriorityMappingEntryType).
Also, PriorityValue_PCP and PriorityValue_DSCP values can be omitted from a table entry when calling the AddPriorityMappingEntry method by substituting 0xFF and 0xFFFFFFFF respectively. We do not describe what to report in PriorityMappingEntryType when this omission happens.
