Summary	0008132: Unspecified value for DayOfWeek
Description	For Month, DayOfMonth, unspecified value is 255. But DayOfWeek has unspecied value 0. Is it better to set the same value for unspecified day of week? for example 255 while not in the other end, smaller end, 0.
