Summary0008173: Failing array specific test case on a OPC UA Server which does not support array datatype.
Description

The test case under Monitor Items Services > Monitor Value Change > 43.js is failing with error : Result of expression 'TC_VariablesArrays' [null] is an object.
This seems to be an Array specific test case and our server does not support array Datatype. Hence this test case should be skipped.
