(CreateSigningRequest method) Setting certificateGroupId=null specifies the DefaultApplicationGroup. The DefaultApplicationGroup object has a single entry (see pt.12, 7.8.3.3) in it's CertificateTypes list (ApplicationCertificateType or subtype) and this is what should be specified in the certificateTypeId input parameter to the method. |

Fixed the test case to indicate ApplicationCertificateType as default for the certificateTypeId in Steps 2 and 4. |
