Summary	0008642: Issues with StateMachine in NodeSet-File
Description	In the current version of the NodeSet-File the InitializingState points with a HasSubStateMachine to its TypeDefinition. Correct would be to point from the Initializing Object to the InitializingState Object using the HasSubStateMachine reference. This reference should also be in Table 37 – ProductionStateMachineType Additional References of the specification. In addition, the NodeSet-File contains a InitilizedState Object (ID 5061) that is not defined in the Specification and shall be removed.
