Discussed in web meeting. We don't think any special handling is necessary for this. It is expected that the list may have only one entry.

But the question is if the list can be empty too?

The Variable Value contains the only possible value. There is no selection - is it allowed to have the SelectionList empty/null array?

Yes, selection list can be empty when the Server does not allow any value to be written. Clarify that the selections Property array can be dynamic and change in length and content on the fly. Clients should either subsribe to the property or read it just before use (e.g. when a list is dropped down).

Added clarification to SelectionListType describing the Selections can be dynamic including the array size. Also explain the array size can be zero.
