Added text to expand bad invalidAgrument to include any other parameter related issue. I believe that the case describe here is not always an error, A null data set is allow for a heartbeat and application logic may require just the heart beat to be received before the publisher is created (i.e. a subscriber is active with no input and there are output variable in the list, just not referenced. The change in text will allow an application to report this as an error if it determines that it is an error |
