Description

The Summary needs to be changed from:

'Enabled=TRUE multiple invalid subscriptions.'
to
'Verify SetPublishingMode checks SubscriptionIds to be valid'.

Also 2 Steps are added to this Test Case:
1.
Action: 'Create a connection and two subscriptions.'
Expected Result: 'All calls are successful.'

2.
Action: 'Call SetPublishingMode specifying invalid SubscriptionIds and set PublishingEnabled = true.'
Expected Result: 'Bad_SubscriptionIdInvalid is returned for both subscriptions. ServiceResult = Good OperationResults = Bad_SubscriptionIdInvalid'
