Expected Result:
"Client correctly specifies the SubscriptionId and the missed SequenceNumber in the Republish service call. Note: Clients may only call republish, when they noticed a connection break. Only incrementing the SequenceNumber in a PublishReponse may not trigger the Republish to be called."
