This Mantis issue needs more work. It will be fixed in a future edition of the specification by adding additional optional variables for diagnostics. For now we have for diagnostics just the audit events. More to come later.

New conformanceUnit(s) need to be created for the error summary object that were added. These should be then added to new facets for the CM for diagnostic support. we might want to consider setting many of the CU as mandatory in the new Facet.
